Demonstrate adherence to safety policies and procedures;
Maintain and repair facility systems including electrical, PLCs, and arc-flash safety compliance;
Perform general building maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work;
Maintain facility assets via preventative maintenance and asset inspections (roofs, paving, racks, ASRS, dock equipment);
Log time and materials into CMMS and participate in on-call schedule
