Hotel Engineer

Marriott is seeking a Hotel Engineer I to support safe, reliable operations at our full-service property. In this role, you'll perform routine and preventative maintenance on guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems, including basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. You'll respond to guest and staff service requests, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment and tools in top condition. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Respond promptly to guest and staff service requests and maintenance tickets
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front office to coordinate room status and repair priorities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe working condition
• Assist with energy conservation and building systems efficiency initiatives
• Document all work performed and report major issues to engineering leadership
