Mac Properties is seeking skilled painters to join our maintenance team serving residential apartments. This full-time role includes a robust benefits package and competitive hourly pay between $20 and $22.
You will prepare walls, apply coatings, and perform touch-up work to keep residents' homes safe and presentable. A minimum of 2 years' professional painting experience and a valid driver's license are required.
