** WHAT YOU'LL OWN
**** Keep the operation running
- ** Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, replace defective parts, align components, and use hand and power tools with precision and safety.
** Prevent before you repair
- ** Execute preventive maintenance proactively — you anticipate failure points before they become outages. Reactive-only isn't good enough here.
** Troubleshoot with curiosity
- ** Apply systematic problem-solving to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You understand how things work — and you use that understanding to find better solutions.
** Document everything
- ** Close out work orders, update CMMS logs accurately, and red-line drawings. Your documentation protects the sites after you leave.
** Elevate the team
- ** Train site staff on proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair techniques. You share what you know.
** Support site launches
- ** Assist with new site installations and equipment launches for smooth start-up and optimal performance.
** Stay available
- ** Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call needs — when the site needs you, you show up.

** WHAT YOU BRING
*** Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems hands-on
* Proactive mindset — you surface issues before they escalate and prioritize prevention over reaction
* Strong documentation habits — you close work orders and update logs accurately every time
* Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and accurately
* Reliable and responsive — available for on-call and after-hours emergencies
* Willingness to travel between sites as needed
* Experience with 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, or relay logic is a strong plus
* CMMS background is a plus
* Ability to weld, fabricate, or dismantle equipment is a plus
* Valid driver's license required
