Advocate Health Care seeks a Maintenance Trades Specialist II - HVAC at IL Masonic Medical Center, Chicago, IL. This full-time role on the 1st shift (Tue–Fri 7am-3:30pm, Sat 3pm-11:30pm) involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting building systems.
Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years in industrial/trades maintenance, and technical training; valid driver's license is required. Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office, and building automation is expected.
