As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, complete repairs, perform equipment replacements, and help homeowners make informed decisions about their plumbing systems. Every day brings a variety of service calls, allowing you to apply your technical expertise while building lasting customer relationships through honest recommendations and exceptional workmanship.

You'll work independently while receiving strong support from an experienced office and leadership team that allows you to focus on delivering outstanding service.

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including fixtures, water lines, piping, valves, water heaters, and related plumbing equipment. Perform installations and replacements according to local codes and company quality standards while identifying long-term solutions that improve system performance and reliability.

Communicate clearly with homeowners, professionally explain repair options, maintain accurate service documentation, and represent Baethke Plumbing with integrity on every service call.

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle, follow all safety procedures, and deliver the high-quality workmanship that has made Baethke Plumbing a trusted name throughout the Chicago area.

We're seeking an experienced residential service plumber with a current Journeyman Plumbing License and at least five years of residential plumbing experience.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and takes pride in delivering lasting solutions rather than temporary fixes. Candidates should be dependable, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing service calls independently while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
