Titan Electronics is the technology and systems integration arm of Titan Security Group, a leading security solutions provider servicing millions of square feet across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial properties. Specialized in designing, installing, and servicing advanced electronic security architecture, Titan Electronics delivers customized, enterprise-grade solutions tailored to complex facility environments.

We are seeking an experienced Level III Security Systems & Low Voltage Field Technician to lead installations, testing, programming, and complex troubleshooting for commercial, industrial, and high-security clients. In this senior-level role, you will handle advanced integration of Access Control, IP Video Surveillance (CCTV), Intrusion Alarms, and Structured Cabling systems. You will also serve as a technical mentor to Level I & II technicians and act as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation & Integration: Mount, wire, program, and commission advanced commercial security systems including IP CCTV/NVRs, Access Control (ACS), Intrusion Detection, Intercoms, and Gate systems.
  • Network & Software Configuration: Configure IP addresses, subnets, routers, switches, and client VMS/ACS software. Perform end-to-end device integration.
  • Structured Cabling: Run, dress, terminate, test, and label Cat5e/6, fiber optic, multi-conductor, and coaxial cabling per BICSI and NEC standards.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex low-voltage electrical circuits, network communication issues, ground faults, and software integration glitches.
  • Door Hardware Integration: Install, wire, and test door hardware, including magnetic locks, electric strikes, card readers, request-to-exit (REX) devices, and power supplies.
  • Technical Leadership & Site Supervision: Interpret blueprints, floor plans, schematics, and single-line drawings. Lead on-site crews, delegate tasks, and mentor junior technicians.
  • Customer Training & Quality Control: Perform final walk-throughs, system commissioning, customer training, and sign-offs. Complete accurate work orders and change-order documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on field experience installing, programming, and servicing commercial electronic security and low‑voltage systems.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong proficiency in networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting) and major security software platforms (e.g., Software House, Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, Hikvision, Honeywell, DSC).
  • Certifications:
    • Manufacturer‑specific software/hardware certifications (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, S2, Avigilon) (Preferred).
    • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
    • BICSI (Installer 2 or Technician) certification is a plus.
    • PERC Card or ability to obtain a PERC is required
  • Physical & Driving Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs, work on ladders/scaffolds, operate lifts, and work in tight or overhead spaces.
    • Must pass a background check and drug screening (Security Clearance eligibility if required).
