Silliman Group, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair our boiler and HVAC systems across our Chicago properties. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay at $37–$40 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on split systems, WSHPs, FCUs, and high-pressure boilers, while coordinating with property teams and supporting after-hours emergencies.
