HVAC Technician | $37–$40/Hour | Full-Time + Benefits + $500 sign-on bonus

We’re looking for a
skilled HVAC Technician with strong boiler and WSHP experience who takes pride in solving problems and delivering quality work.
You’ll play a critical role in keeping our properties operating at peak performance.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems
- Perform preventative maintenance across:
- Split systems (electric and gas)
- Steam and high-pressure hot water boilers
- Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP)
- Fan Coil Units (FCU)
- Troubleshoot burners, flame safeguards, pumps, and control systems
- Review and work within building automation systems
- Complete service requests accurately and on time
- Partner with property teams to resolve resident concerns quickly and effectively
