Fiber Optic Technicians

# FIBER OPTIC TECHNICIANS – JOIN OUR TEAM!## We are looking for Fiber Optic Technicians to install and maintain high-speed internet connections for our customers. We are working in the following states:
Michigan and Ohio. What you will be doing:
Lay fiber optic cable from poles to customers' homes Perform indoor equipment installation Install and configure modems and routers Conduct internet connection testing Diagnose and troubleshoot problems Monitor the quality and safety of the work performed Communicate with customers and explain the installation process Maintain records of the work performed. Who we are looking for:

Experience with fiber optics, cable networks, or telecommunications is desirable Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Understanding of network equipment Willingness to work at heights (ladders, poles) and in confined spaces Responsible and accurate Basic knowledge of English! Good communication skills and the ability to work with customers If you do not have experience, training is available! The company provides training and the opportunity to obtain the necessary certifications in working with fiber optic technologies.
