Restore Restoration is a family-operated restoration firm serving the Chicagoland area seeking a hands-on Mitigation Manager to lead water mitigation from response to dry-out completion. You will supervise field crews, perform on-site inspections, and ensure safety and quality on every job.
In this role, you’ll manage drying equipment, moisture readings, and coordination with homeowners, insurance partners, and office staff, while adhering to IICRC standards. Extended hours may be required.
