Building Maintenance Worker
As a Building Maintenance Worker at JLL, you'll play an essential role in keeping our client's property running smoothly and safely. You'll perform a variety of routine and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across the facility, including basic plumbing repairs like fixing faucets and clearing drains, electrical work such as replacing receptacles and lighting, and carpentry tasks including ceiling tile replacement and installation of whiteboards and fixtures.
Working both independently on familiar assignments and alongside skilled technicians on more complex projects, you'll help maintain the building's equipment, systems, and grounds to the highest standards. You'll follow JLL policies and OSHA safety procedures while contributing to a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Expected compensation for this position:
35.00 – 35.52 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
