Member Service Associate

Job Summary

The member service associate is an entry-level support role on the member service team of the private investment office. Your responsibilities include preparing member reports, administering member data gathering and maintenance, scheduling member meetings, and responding to administrative member queries

• Assist in managing relationships and ensuring timely responses to all member correspondence and inquiries.
• Building trusted, collaborative relationships with our custodian’s operations teams to properly and accurately execute cashiering, deposits, withdrawals, and other types of transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to gather and organize member information for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assisting in member onboarding, with evolving participation in additional member meetings within your first year.
• Work closely with investment, legal, and tax professionals to facilitate member requests and address specific needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of family office services and industry trends.
• Developing expertise in our firm’s technology and software tools and platforms within your first year of employment and ultimately assuming firm-wide training responsibilities for these platforms.
• Managing the firm’s CRM vendor relationship and others as responsibilities increase over time.

• Bachelor’s degree (all disciplines welcome) – 4 year degree required
• Two years of financial services experience (preferred); experience as a Registered Investment Advisor intern, in general business, or in a member service role will also be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & familiarity with CRM software
• Licenses and designations may be acquired on the job, but the ability to acquire them and the desire to expand your knowledge to bring value to the firm are paramount
