Provide support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their home and community. Staff may work in additional residential locations as training and staffing needs require. DSPs are expected to train in and support all residential homes within the department, as required by staffing and operational needs.

$20.00 hourly rate, with increases based on proven relevant experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• HCWR entry as DSP or CNA.
• Passing score on S‑TOFHLA (Literacy test).
• Experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Union membership required.

• Paid time off (varies by position).
• Hourly compensation $20.00 with potential increases.
