Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers, founded in 2012, is a fast‑paced, rapidly growing practice that provides state‑of‑the‑art treatments for anxiety, OCD and related conditions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychiatric medication management and psychological testing. Light On Anxiety’s mission is to provide accessible, practical, empirically‑supported treatment to help clients move past anxiety, OCD and related disorders as rapidly as possible. Light On Anxiety offers best‑in‑class continuing education through our Clinical Training Institute, which includes case consultation, Clinical Grand Rounds, our Learning Lab, and a robust assortment of self‑guided training materials to keep staff apprised of innovations in empirically‑supported treatment models. Many clinicians author user‑friendly workbooks or contribute consumer‑education content through our Webzine.

• Serve as a full-time clinician, engaging in at least 20 client‑session hours per week.
• Provide CBT for child, adolescent and adult clients with anxiety‑related conditions.
• Manage assigned cases clinically.
• Communicate and consult with each client’s care team (legal guardians, families, and internal/external parties) as necessary.
• Offer resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate.
• Coordinate crisis response for client emergencies, including care coordination with outside institutions.
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements promptly and thoroughly.
• Finish all required trainings.
• Pursue continuing education to remain informed about evidence‑based protocols for anxiety and related disorders.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively and timely with clients, stakeholders, and the administrative team.
• Participate in supervision and continuing education initiatives.
• Contribute positively to the practice’s culture.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Flexible work arrangements, including one fully virtual day.
• Full‑time position (40 hours/week).
• 1 weekend day required.

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, school counseling, or a related field that leads to state licensure (LSW or LPC).
