SER Metro-Detroit is seeking an Adult and Youth Career Coach to provide case management services for low-income adults and at-risk youth in Chicago and North Riverside, IL. This full-time position involves working closely with clients to support their journey towards self-sufficiency through training and employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, coordinating with partner agencies, and assisting clients with job placements.
