Mercy Home seeks a Youth Advocate to serve as a compassionate advocate, role model, and coach for youth in our residential programs. You will build therapeutic relationships, provide structure, and empower youth to pursue their goals with confidence.
You’ll work with a treatment team, participate in care planning and family meetings, help with daily routines, and support safe transportation and documentation while upholding Mercy Model of Care.
