Covenant House Illinois is seeking a Lead Youth Engagement Specialist to provide direct, trauma-informed care to youth in our residential and drop-in programs, guiding peers and collaborating with management.
You will mentor staff, coordinate services, document interactions in ETO, and help youth develop life skills, with shifts including 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 11:00pm-7:30am.
