Our client is seeking a Certified School Social Worker in Chicago, IL. Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement, and knowledge of IEP and special education services is a plus. The opportunity involves supporting students' emotional, social, and behavioral development, providing crisis intervention and counseling services, collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff on student needs, connecting families to community resources and services, and developing and implementing behavior and intervention plans.
