The Institute for Nonviolence Chicago is seeking an Outreach Worker for the BOTY initiative in Chicago. You will respond to active conflicts, defuse tension, and engage high-risk individuals toward nonviolence, supported by training in best practices and Dr. King’s principles.
You will maintain caseloads, document notes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to connect participants with wraparound services and case management as part of a citywide violence reduction effort.
