NEW LIFE CENTERS OF CHICAGOLAND NFP in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Case-Manager for our Little Village location. The role focuses on direct case-management, crisis-intervention, advocacy, and coordination with Street Outreach and Victim Advocates.
The position is in-person, 40 hours per week, with local travel reimbursement and pay commensurate with experience. Must pass multiple background checks and be willing to train in required databases.
