Position Spotlight:
Help youth and families build skills, strengthen stability, and navigate behavioral health challenges through meaningful, community-based support.
The Role:provides intensive in-home behavioral and emotional support focused on stabilization, skill development, crisis prevention, treatment goals, and stronger family functioning.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families with behavioral needs
- Strong crisis management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with youth, caregivers, and community partners
- Must live within a county in the service area being supported (see below)
Supporting high-risk youth and families in community-based settings, including crisis prevention, intervention, stabilization, and coordinated behavioral health services.
