We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Treatment Coordinator / Translator to join our dental team in Bridgeport, IL. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in dentistry.
No prior dental experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and Chinese and have a passion for helping patients while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist with communication and translation between patients and staff
• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist patients with forms and office paperwork
• Support front office operations and administrative tasks
• Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience

• Fluency in Cantonese and Chinese is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dental experience is a plus, but not required

• Part-time position
• Must be available 3 to 4 days per week
• Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
• Opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position in the future
