Inside Out Hiring is seeking a proactive, fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant in LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina) to drive outbound lead generation and client retention for mortgage/real estate leads. You will work with the owner on targeted outreach, run co-marketing initiatives, and manage a CRM database.
This part-time role starts 20–25 hours/week with an immediate path to full-time (40 hours/week) for high performers.
