Mobile Developer V

The Mobile Developer V will design, develop, and support mobile-first backend services and APIs optimized for high-performance mobile applications.

This role requires strong experience building secure REST/JSON or Graph

QL APIs, working within cloud-native environments, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust security standards.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern mobile experiences backed by efficient, cloud-based services.

• Design and develop secure, scalable REST/JSON or Graph
  
  QL APIs optimized for mobile application consumption.
• Implement authentication, authorization, versioning, and mobile-specific API best practices.
• Build and maintain cloud-native backend services (e.g., AWS) integrating databases, third‑party services, and monitoring tools.
• Ensure mobile APIs and backend services deliver low-latency and high‑availability performance.
• Implement security best practices including data protection, encryption, and secure access patterns.
• Optimize backend systems to scale efficiently as mobile usage grows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support new mobile features and improvements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across API, backend, and cloud layers.

• Strong experience developing mobile‑optimized APIs (REST/JSON or Graph
  
  QL).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud‑native backend engineering.
• Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
• Experience integrating databases, third‑party services, and system monitoring/logging tools.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, latency optimization, and mobile backend design.
• Knowledge of secure development practices including encryption and access control.
