At Sprocket Sports, we are currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Team. The ideal candidate has a passion for youth sports and creating best-in-class software applications that will be used by thousands of youth sports club administrators, coaches, parents, and players.

• Partner closely with product managers and other developers to define future product direction.
• Architect the database and code structure to deliver functionality in a manner that will be scalable and with high performance.
• Develop code adhering to the specifications, user stories and tickets for both web and mobile applications.
• Interface with 3rd party vendors to define and develop integrations to other platforms.
• Leverage AI to gain efficiencies in code creation and unit testing.
• Test, troubleshoot, debug and maintain new product features to ensure functionality is delivered without defects.
• Monitor platform traffic and make adjustments as necessary to ensure good application performance.

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages & frameworks such as C#, Angular, .NET Core and SQL.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analytically defend design decisions and take feedback without ego.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

The typical base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $175,0000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
