About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP), and Apex development, along with exposure to AI‑driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for both building new functionality and optimizing existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will work closely with the Salesforce team and Business Systems team to deliver robust, high‑quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and maintain QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) logic and structures.
- Analyze existing Apex and QCP code, identify inefficiencies, and refactor to align with Salesforce best practices.
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues related to calculations, performance, and data integrity.
- Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
- Support release cycles, deployments, and post‑production issue resolution.
- Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features—including AI, automation, and platform enhancements—for potential implementation.
- Utilize Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, predictive insights, recommendations) to improve quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems and external applications to streamline business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong expertise in QCP development, debugging, and optimization.
- Experience with Flows, automation tools, and validation frameworks.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as Net Suite.
- Strong understanding of CPQ pricing methods and the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as Net Suite.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
