Job Description/Responsibilities:
Developer with a good number of certifications who also has social and training skills to encourage and support career growth by being part of a team of developers for Salesforce initiatives in the client environment.
The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 certifications and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience. The individual must possess flexibility and patience to understand individuals from the surrounding neighborhood and have a social understanding of managing these resources.
The resource needs to spend 25-30% of their time on training and hand-holding, with 70% or less on development.
