Backend associate

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Back-End Associate to join our growing technical team in Chicago. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders to support and enhance core backend functionalities.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of server-side applications and APIs
• Support database management, data handling, and system optimization tasks

• Participate in debugging, testing, and improving application performance
• Help maintain clean, organized, and well-documented codebases
