Software Engineer, Backend Developer

We’re looking for a C++ Software Developer who wants to work close to the action: building automated trading systems, refining low-latency infrastructure, and helping transform internal tools into polished, market-ready platforms.

• Design and implement strategies focused on equity options and equities, with futures coming next.
• Help shape our existing platforms into commercial‑grade software—stable, scalable, and user‑ready.
• Improve system design for performance, reliability, and future expansion into new asset classes.
• Translate trading ideas and market intuition into robust, efficient technical solutions.
• Work with large datasets to test, refine, and improve strategy performance.
• Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput in time‑sensitive trading environments.
• Develop systems that monitor risk, enforce constraints, and support regulatory requirements.
• Produce clear documentation and reporting that supports both internal development and external users.

• Experience building or maintaining real‑time, multithreaded systems
• Solid grasp of data structures, thread safety, and modern C++ practices
• Comfort working with networked and distributed systems
• Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly

• Experience optimizing for high performance and low latency
• Exposure to financial markets or trading systems
• Familiarity with SQL and/or No
