Job Description

Join our dynamic and highly collaborative agile team, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing The Connector, our premier Insur Tech solution. Our platform enables clients to obtain quotes and issue policies within minutes, featuring automatic document creation, electronic signing, and efficient data collection.

You'll participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and pair programming while fostering continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing. Our development practices emphasize true continuous integration with tight feedback loops, leveraging proven technologies such as Type Script, React, Angular, NodeJS, Postgre

SQL, Mongo

DB, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.

• Design scalable systems with modern technology, such as serverless and event stream processing
• Follow industry best practices such as branch by abstraction, safe testing in production, and continuous delivery
• Own solutions from technical design to deployment
• Integrate feedback from observability tools into your team’s process to create more robust solutions
• Understand patterns of distributed software systems and effectively debug interactions across services
• Actively seek ways to improve processes company-wide
• Make effective technical decisions by having a firm grasp of “bigger picture” strategy, business requirements, and vision

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Development
• Experience working on large-scale software projects within an agile environment
