Glocomms is partnered with a major North American food company recognized for its portfolio of iconic household brands. The organization is investing heavily in next‑generation AI capabilities and is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, prototype, and scale agentic AI workflows that drive tangible value across a large commercial ecosystem.

This is not model‑development work -- it's end‑to‑end AI systems engineering, where you'll translate real business use cases into production‑grade applications, grounded in enterprise data and designed for reliability, attribution, and speed.

• Build and iterate on multi‑step agentic workflows that solve real business tasks (trend synthesis, research automation, opportunity sizing).
• Design prompts, task flows, and lightweight chat/UI surfaces to support user‑facing experiences.
• Ground outputs in governed data sources and implement checks to ensure accuracy and citations.
• Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, IT, and commercial teams to bring pilots into scalable production.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to standards, documentation, and reusable patterns.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data‑driven systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, plus Java, JavaScript/Type Script, or C#.
• Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Lang Graph).
• Proven ability to take AI projects from prototype through production deployment.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, system integration, and building reliable workflows.

• Build impactful, production‑grade AI systems used across a large commercial organization.
• Work on complex workflow automation and retrieval challenges few companies are tackling at scale.
