Salesforce FSC Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce FSC solutions to support BMO business requirements
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and enterprise development best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application issues
• Support deployments, testing, and release management activities
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce platform

• Strong hands‑on experience developing on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Proven experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions within complex enterprise Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in a FIS (Fidelity Information Services) environment or integrating Salesforce with FIS platforms
• Financial services or banking industry experience
• Salesforce FSC certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Omni Studio
• Previous experience supporting large enterprise or global Salesforce implementations
