We are seeking an FPGA Developer to enhance our options market‑making systems. The role involves developing and optimizing FPGA hardware, collaborating with software teams, and driving performance improvements.

• Use cutting‑edge technology for high‑performance/low‑latency systems.
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and create automated trading algorithms.
• Work on high‑performance computing systems to break speed and performance boundaries.
• Build next‑generation algorithmic trading systems.
• Solve low‑latency trading problems and optimize performance‑critical code.
• Develop new hardware platforms.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and experiment with performance optimizations.
• Apply industry knowledge and technical skills in new and innovative ways.
• Help continuously improve team productivity, code quality, tool, and technology adoption.
• Create new features and help improve existing experiences.
• Share ideas, experience, and knowledge with other team members.

• Experience developing FPGA systems (Verilog/VHDL, functional verification, static timing closure).
• Proficiency in C++, Bash, TCL, and/or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of FPGA design, simulation, and verification tools (Synopsys, Riviera, Model Sim, Questasim, etc.).
• Desire to push performance and lower latency boundaries.
• Passion for innovation and building systems from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
• Careful attention to detail and a drive to exceed expectations.

$175,000 – $225,000 a year.
