Position: Senior Software Engineer (Sr .Net Developer with AWS)

Our Client is looking to recruit a Senior Java or C# .NET Software Developer for their Chicago, IL office.

Senior Software Engineer (Sr. .NET Developer with AWS) Duties
  • 5+ years of experience with coding in Java and/or .NET programming languages.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex computer programs.
  • Write high-quality code and understand best practices.
  • Experience working in continuous integration and continuous delivery environments.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Demonstrate persistence in completing projects.
    • Skills
  • Strong experience in C# software development.
  • Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, Angular

    JS, or React is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools like Redis and Elasticsearch is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure is a plus.
  • Ability to develop service-oriented applications following design principles.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Design and modern database technologies like Postgres and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git and TFS.
  • Knowledge of Scrum-based Agile development processes.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
