The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will provide cross-team technical and strategic leadership for major tax innovation platforms. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a top level to drive project success.
This role offers the chance to shape the future of tax services through AI-enabled capabilities, collaborating with senior leaders and driving modernization across products.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and technical leadership for tax innovation platforms
* Oversee large-scale projects and drive process enhancements
* Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance AI-enabled tax services
* Maintain operational excellence in project execution and delivery
* Foster cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals
* Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
* Maintain elevated client engagement to support project success
* Champion modernization initiatives across product offerings
What You Must Have
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
* Master's Degree preferred
* Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments
* Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures
* Leading system migrations and legacy modernization
* Possessing knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security
* Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems
* Defining technical standards for AI and data systems
* Mentoring engineering leaders and architects
* Managing uncertainty and competing priorities

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
