Senior Software Engineer ( Platform​/DSP

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience.
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling modern, production‑level front‑end experiences using React, with supporting back‑end work in Ruby on Rails.
• Current with modern development practices, including AI‑assisted and agentic workflows for code generation, debugging, exploring, and documentation.
• Strong grasp of data modeling and system design.
• Enthusiastic growth-oriented mindset.
• (Desirable) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• (Desirable) Experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus.
• (Desirable) Excited by a fast‑paced product development environment.
• (Desirable) Passion for Ad‑Tech.

• We implement features and workflows that surface the DSP capabilities making the functionality approachable for the novice and power users alike.
• The work is high‑visibility, revenue‑impacting, and customer‑facing.
• The features and projects we take on reach across internal and external boundaries, services, and orgs.
• We deal in data, and lots of it! Implementation is not just code and structure, we consider resources, performance, and scalability.
• You’ll build net‑new Basis Platform features, develop the integrations that bridge Basis Platform and our DSP, and extend the existing feature sets that our customers rely on every day.
