- Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year

We are seeking a Financial Trading Systems Product Engineer to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to design, develop, and maintain internal systems that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support critical business functions.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through technology and has an interest in financial markets and trading systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain internal software applications and business systems.
- Automate manual processes across operations, reporting, and client delivery functions.
- Develop and manage API integrations between business-critical platforms.
- Maintain and enhance database infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and production-ready applications.
- Follow software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, version control, and deployment.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SQL and database management
- API development and integrations
- Software development lifecycle and best practices
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of financial products and markets, including:
- Structured Notes
- Derivatives
- Fixed Income Products
- Trading Concepts and Systems
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Fin Tech, trading platforms, or investment-related technology.
- Takes ownership of projects from requirements through deployment.
- Enjoys solving complex business problems with technology.
- Thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Has a strong interest in financial markets and trading technology.
- Embraces innovation and AI-assisted software development.
- First 6 Months
- Own projects from business request through deployment.
- Deliver solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Within 12 Months
- Build scalable systems that become core infrastructure supporting the company’s growth.
- Drive automation and process improvements across the organization.
