Role OverviewThe PC Platform Developer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Majesco insurance products using Majesco’s proprietary Toolkit framework. This includes customizing platform components to align with business processes and application requirements. Senior Developers are additionally expected to define low-level technical specifications, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities Application Development & Configuration- Collaborate with product designers and solution architects to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements
- Configure and develop workflows, including object model definitions and data mappings
- Develop and manage business rules using the Rules Engine
- Build, configure, and test Majesco-based applications
- Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and functional accuracy
- Support application deployment across multiple environments
- Develop database scripts and perform data validation activities
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to enterprise RDBMS standards
- Strong programming skills with a domain-driven development approach
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (Java)
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Database and strong RDBMS knowledge
- Experience working with XML/XSD
- Exposure to web application development

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $60,000 to $76,909 per annum
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
