As a Senior Full Stack Developer, candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions across the entire technology stack. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to build scalable microservices and intuitive user interfaces that drive business value. This role requires a hands-on technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment and can translate complex requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions.

Backend Development (Java/Spring Boot)
The ideal candidate must possess expert-level proficiency in Java (version 11+) with deep hands-on experience building production-grade applications using Spring Boot. This includes designing and implementing microservice architectures with proper service decomposition, inter-service communication patterns, and distributed system principles. The developer should demonstrate strong command of Spring ecosystem components including Spring batch, Spring data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud etc.

Frontend Development (React)
Strong proficiency in React

JS is essential, including modern React patterns such as hooks, context API, and functional components. The candidate should have experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or React Query), component library development, and building responsive, accessible user interfaces. Familiarity with Type Script in React applications, modern CSS approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or SCSS modules), and frontend build tooling (Webpack, Vite) is expected.
Architecture & System Design
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to design scalable, resilient, and maintainable system architectures. This includes experience with microservice design patterns (API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, Service Discovery, Event Sourcing, CQRS), domain-driven design principles, and the ability to make pragmatic trade-off decisions. They should be comfortable creating architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and leading design discussions with cross-functional teams.

Test Automation (Playwright)
Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation is mandatory. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in writing robust, maintainable automated tests for web applications, including cross-browser testing, API testing, and visual regression testing.

Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)
Hands-on experience working with Amazon Web Services is mandatory, specifically with the following technologies:
Compute & Orchestration:
Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) for container orchestration, including deployment strategies, pod management, and cluster configuration.
Postgre

SQL Amazon S3 for object storage, and Amazon Elasti Cache (Redis) for caching layers and session management.
Supporting Services:

Experience with additional AWS services such as IAM, Cloud Watch, Secrets Manager, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway is highly valued.

Development Velocity & Modern Practices
AI-Assisted Development:
The candidate must be proficient in leveraging AI code assistant tools (such as Git Hub Copilot, Amazon Code Whisperer, or similar) to accelerate development velocity while maintaining code quality and security standards. They should understand how to effectively prompt, review, and refine AI-generated code.

Rapid Contribution:
Demonstrated ability to onboard quickly, understand existing codebases, and deliver meaningful contributions within short time frames. The developer should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
Engineering Excellence:
Strong foundation in software engineering best practices including test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and documentation standards.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
