Responsibilities
- Hands‑on assistance with systems, networking, back office, and trading operations.
- Clearing firm and Exchange relationship management and administration.
- Collaborate with trading and software development teams to design, develop, and maintain trading solutions.
- Assist in the oversight of regulatory compliance.
- Strategic planning to align company objectives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- 5+ years of relevant hands‑on trading industry experience.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with a variety of networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls, Cisco, Arista, Fortinet).
- Proficiency with the Linux operating system.
- Shell scripting, python, SQL, powershell.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
