Open Shift with Mule Soft Integration

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Senior Developers with strong hands‑on expertise in Open Shift to support the development of IAR APIs for the Conditions Management / Utilization Management product team. The role involves working on a cloud‑native platform where Open Shift is being newly introduced, with Mule Soft as the integration technology.

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on Open Shift platform
• Build and support APIs for IAR project in collaboration with product teams
• Work closely with integration teams leveraging Mule Soft
• Ensure adherence to microservices architecture and containerization best practices
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Strong hands‑on experience in Open Shift with Mule Soft as the integration technology.
• Hands‑on API development experience
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and containerization
• Experience in microservices‑based architecture
• Strong development experience (Java or similar backend technologies)

• Experience working with Mule Soft as an integration platform
• Exposure to healthcare domain (Medicaid or Government Healthcare)
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in an onsite client environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
