Salesforce Developer (Chicago, IL)

Responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing  solutions using Apex and Visualforce, including Sales and Service Cloud Lightning.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Hands‑on experience with Sales and Service Cloud configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration via WSDL, APIs, and other services
• Experience with APEX classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and deployment using ANT or change sets
• Object‑oriented development skills
• Reports and dashboards creation
• Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, or ExtJS
• Dev 401 Certification (Dev 501 an advantage)

• Understand technical specifications and develop features/modules using Apex/Visualforce
• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and debugging
• Deploy code using ANT and change sets
• Conduct technical root‑cause analysis and specify corrective actions
• Contribute to technical documentation and prototyping
• Participate in technical discussions and status meetings with customers
• Train new end users on the Salesforce application
• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple countries
