Role OverviewResponsible for configuring, customizing, and developing solutions using Apex and Visualforce, including Sales and Service Cloud Lightning.
KeySkills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Hands‑on experience with Sales and Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration via WSDL, APIs, and other services
- Experience with APEX classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and deployment using ANT or change sets
- Object‑oriented development skills
- Reports and dashboards creation
- Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, or ExtJS
- Dev 401 Certification (Dev 501 an advantage)
- Understand technical specifications and develop features/modules using Apex/Visualforce
- Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and debugging
- Deploy code using ANT and change sets
- Conduct technical root‑cause analysis and specify corrective actions
- Contribute to technical documentation and prototyping
- Participate in technical discussions and status meetings with customers
- Train new end users on the Salesforce application
- Communicate with stakeholders across multiple countries
