Sr. Software Engineer - Front Office Technology

Overview

A leading global asset management firm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a front office technology team supporting investment professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative systems that power investment workflows, analytics, and decision‑making.

• Partner directly with front office stakeholders to design and build technology solutions
• Develop platforms supporting investment research, analytics, and decision workflows
• Build scalable, high-performance software systems across backend and full‑stack environments
• Leverage modern AI tooling and LLM-based workflows to accelerate development
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable engineering solutions
• Contribute across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions

• Strong software engineering experience across Python, C#, and/or C++
• Experience building production‑grade, scalable systems
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools

• Experience in financial services, asset management, or hedge funds
• Experience building front office or quantitative systems
• Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or AI‑assisted development workflows
• Full‑stack development experience

• Hourly pay rate: $90-100 per hour
