Job Description
Role:
Python Developer
Location:
Chicago, IL (3 Days onsite/Week)
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services
- Build and expose REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask)
- Design and implement data processing and transformation workflows
- Work with SQL / databases for data modeling and querying
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience in API development (FastAPI / Flask)
- Good knowledge of SQL / relational databases
- Experience in data processing, transformation, and validation
- Familiarity with JSON, REST services
- Hands‑on experience with Git / version control
- Strong problem‑solving skills
3-5 Years
CompensationThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
