Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a leading banking client in Chicago.

Build and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud email and automation development for US-based work. Candidates must be adaptable, receptive to feedback, and comfortable operating within a rigorous delivery environment.

• Develop and maintain emails and automations in SFMC using HTML/CSS and AMPscript.
• Work with data requirements using SQL as needed.
• Implement updates based on QA feedback and stakeholder requirements.
• Follow team standards, processes, and documentation practices.

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on SFMC experience
• Direct, day‑to‑day experience in:
  • Email Studio (building and deploying emails)
  • Automation Studio (building workflows, automations)
• Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, AMPscript
• Working knowledge of SQL for segmentation and data manipulation – Experience working at a marketing agency
