Salesforce Business System Analyst

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Salesforce, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Visual Force, S‑controls, SOQL, SOSL, Oracle CPQ integrations, Opportunity to Quoting process, Zoho CRM.

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware like Mulesoft).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing rules.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Dev Ops tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.

• Responsible for gathering the requirements by coordinating with business analysts, developers, and project managers to better customize and utilize the full functionality of
• Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions that are aligned to project objectives.
• Develop technical and conceptual design in support of the overall application design with respect to SFDC.
• Design solutions and work with the team until deployment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

Salary Range: $64,000 - $135,000 a year
