Job DescriptionMandatory Technical Skills
Hands-on analysis, design, development, and deployment experience with the Service Now platform and HR Service Delivery product. Strong technical skills in:
Scripting, System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI/Forms, Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services. Experience with Service Now Jakarta release. Experience in Web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services) Experience in AJAX, JSON, Glide Record, and AngularJS Experience in implementing HR service management and application monitoring environments using scripting/programming languages. Experience in integrating Service Now with other systems using SFTP, SOAP, REST, and other web services.
Experience with LINC Experience with Service Now MID Server Experience with interpreting functional business requirements, documenting the technical design, and implementing the solution. Experience with the Service Now HR Service Delivery Case and Knowledge Management application
