Trade Support Analyst

Job Location:

Chicago, IL (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

• 5+ years of Production/Application Support experience within Capital Markets or Trading environments.
• Strong experience supporting Front Office trading applications.
• Experience working directly with traders and business users in a fast‑paced trading environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes.
• Expert‑level SQL skills with experience using Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Sybase.
• Experience developing scripts and automation using Python, Power Shell, or Perl.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage high‑priority production issues.

• Experience supporting platforms such as Murex, Aladdin, Flex Trade, Spectrum, Fidessa, Charles River, or similar OMS/trading systems.
• Exposure to Fixed Income, Equities, Options, Derivatives, or other Capital Markets products.
• Basic development experience with Java, PCF, Azure, Microservices, or cloud‑based applications.
• Experience with monitoring tools, production support frameworks, and ITIL processes.
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience.
