We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building custom functionality, implementing integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term platform stability across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
- Build and maintain REST integrations with external systems
- Optimize data models and automation to enhance performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Debug and resolve production issues, including governor limit challenges and integration failures
- Implement data validation rules, security controls, and role-based access models
- Write unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards
- Document system architecture, development processes, and technical decisions
- Perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
- Proven experience building and maintaining REST integrations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization best practices
- Experience working in multi-object, high-volume Salesforce environments
- Experience designing and implementing scalable data models
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
